Read God’s Word – Psalm 119:105~Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Apply that truth – James 1:22~But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
Diligently seek Him – Hebrews 11:6~But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Intimately know Christ – Philippians 1:10~That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ.
Confidence in God– Proverbs 14:26~In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge.
Actively follow Him – Luke 9:23~And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow me.
Love Him – Matthew 22:37-40~Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Read God’s word, apply that truth, diligently seek him, intimately know Christ, have confidence in God, actively follow Him, and Love Him. That’s how you can have a radical relationship with Jesus. It’s not something that just happens, it takes work.
